I like to watch DVD's while at anchor using a flat panel display from Viewsonic and a standard DVD player with S-Video output. While this equipment runs on 110V power it consumes about 30 watts of power or about 6 amp hours to watch a movie. It takes more power to make the microwave popcorn!
