Aft Jack Line Attachment Points
The aft attachment point for the jack lines are far aft in the master stateroom under the headliner on both sides. These are 2" wide d-rings which go through the aluminum toe rail, through the deck and have bolts and small washers on the back side. The bedding material appeared to be "dolphinite" or something similar which suggests that they had not been pulled up since the  boat was built.

The deck penetration for the jack lines is through solid glass which keeps the moisture out of the deck core.

Unfortunately the hull liner on both sides does not appear to be easily removeable which means getting the nuts back on these bolts is rather difficult. The bolts are 5/16" diameter and have SAE course threads. The nuts were replaced, lockwashers added and small washers reused. There is not room for larger washers this close to the hull on either side of the boat. This should not be a problem for the intended use of the jackline attachment points, however, while probably not an issue I would recommend not applying large (rigging load level) verticle loads to these attachment points. The aluminum toe rail does have large washers on the screws and the hole through the aluminum toe rail for the threaded ends is in fact small enough to prevent being pulled through. The only issue might be movement which could induce small leaks.

The deck side of the fitting has large plates on top to hold sealant, I used 3M5200 sealant to bed down both fittings.

Note that the width of the legs of the d-rings are about 1/4" different than those which are currently available from West Marine. Thus I re-used the original d-rings which were installed.
