| Staylok 5/16" eye fittings throughout.
Headstay and Backstay have 5/8" pin while the rest of the rigging uses
a 1/2" pin.
By using eye fittings everywhere and then double toggles top and bottom I only have to carry a few spare terminal ends. Note that the terminal at the base of the Profurl Roller Furling gear is a swaiged stud going into a 5/8" turnbuckle. Thus the spare piece of rigging wire kept aboard has this terminal pre-swaiged on the end. |
