Since this round of refit (Fall 2003 - Spring 2004) will include painting the entire vessel it is time to patch up any holes made over the years which are either not in places I would have chosen with 20/20 hindsight or which were chosen to cover some existing hole.

So, all of the holes in the cockpit have been plugged up, the instrument holes in the aft end of the doghouse, and various holes made for pumps and the like.

Each hole has been repaired as a structural element of the vessel, if the area is cored then new core was epoxied into place and then a tapered fiberglass repair accomplished.

The repairs have come along very well and appear to be completely covered by the Interthane Plus two part LP.
