Dining on Midway was a wonderful experience. There are two very different places to eat, the cafeteria which is loaded with Thai food and the restaurant which has a distinctly French cuisine base. The cost of dinner was about the same as the cost of breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the cafeteria and so we opted for cereal and sandwiches for breakfast and lunch and then had a wonderful meal for dinner.  

Since we were the only guests on the island, each day around 1pm we would be presented with a potential menu. Each of us would pick our dinner selection and that would be the menu for the evening. If island residents liked our selections they would come out for a nice dinner also
